values the dedication, hard work and commitment to dive education
exhibited by SSI Instructors. So we offer an outstanding recognition
program to show our appreciation.
How do you earn recognition through the program? Just track your
Experience Points in your Dive Leader DiveLog. Experience Points
are awarded for various instructor activities such as teaching classes,
recruiting divers and leading dive trips. Instructors can also earn
points for the number of years they have been teaching, each rating
level attained and other professional ratings such as DAN O2 Instructor.
The Levels of Recognition are:
- Century Instructor--100 Experience Points
- Gold 500 Instructor--500 Experience Points
- Platinum 1000 Instructor--1,000 Experience Points
- Platinum Pro 5000 Instructor--5,000 Experience Points
