SSI in Deep Indonesia 2007
SSI Bali - Indonesia HQ participated at the first
Indonesian Diving Exhibition "Deep Indonesia 2007".
During the four days show, SSI booth was visited by
around 200 visitors. The average visitation per day
is 40 to 50 person at SSI booth. Most of the visitors
are Indonesian resided in Jakarta. This booth was very
crowded in the last two days during the show. Most of
the visitor were very interested with the SSI Indonesian
Material. It ranges from Open Water Diver to the Instructor
Level.
SSI Marine Ecosystem Seminar
Dear all Dive Master / DiveCon and Instructor,
It is with great pleasure to inform all that SSI Bali
- Indonesia (Scuba Schools International) and The Reef
Check Indonesian Foundation will be presenting a two
day seminar on Marine life and the Marine Conservation
of Indonesia this coming May 2007. The objective of
this seminar is to increase awareness and to share the
study of marine inhabitants of Indonesia, Such as coral
formation, fish, invertebrates and mammals, with all
participants. During this relaxed but informative 2
day program participants will receive scientific results
and explanations conducted by professionals in the above-
mentioned fields
Although the program schedule is conducted by SSI and
Reef Check, we invite all divers, would be divers and
dive professionals participate.
Attending this seminar, participants will be
able to:
• Raise awareness on above and underwater environmental
issues
• Broaden knowledge of the marine ecosystem and
inform recreational divers more efficiently of this
fragile ecosystem.
